Secure connection

Privacy policy

Your Lead Management (“the service”, “we”) is a tool a business uses to share its Google accounts with the marketing team that works for it. This policy covers what the service receives when you connect a Google account, how it is used, and how to remove it.

What you connect

Your personal link offers two ways to share access, and you choose what to use.

Continue with Google. You choose whether the service may access Google Search Console (view only) and Google Business Profile. Google does not offer a view-only option for Business Profile, so that permission is “manage”; your profile is only read unless you have asked for it to be looked after for you.

A viewer address. For Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, your page shows an address that you add yourself as a user in each product, with the Viewer role in Analytics and Read permission in Tag Manager. That access is view only.

What is accessed

For the products you approve: your search performance (queries, pages, clicks and positions), your website analytics reports, the list and settings of the tags on your site, and your Business Profile details, reviews and performance figures. The service also receives the email address of the Google account you sign in with, so that your page can show you which account is connected.

How it is used

Only to provide the marketing service you asked for: to report your results to you and to work out what to recommend or improve. It is not sold, it is not used for advertising, and it is not used to build or train general-purpose AI models. People on your marketing team look at it only to provide that service to you, for security, or where the law requires it.

How it is stored

You sign in on Google’s own page and your password is never seen or stored by the service. Google issues an access key for the products you approved, which is stored encrypted.

How to remove it

Press Disconnect on your personal page, or remove the app under “Third-party apps & services” in your Google account. When you disconnect, the stored key is deleted and revoked at Google, and nothing more is read from your account. For Analytics and Tag Manager, remove the viewer address from the user list in each product; from that moment nothing more can be read there. To have information already held about your account deleted, ask the marketing team that sent you your link.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The service’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

This website

This site sets one short-lived cookie while you sign in with Google, so that only the browser that started a sign-in can finish it. It is removed when the sign-in ends. There is no advertising, analytics or tracking on this site.

Questions
